Order

How do I make the order?

We offer 4 bundles ranging from $35 to $65. You can simply go to "Product", choose your preferred bundle and select your animal flowers and colour theme. Please leave a comment about your flowers to fill up the bundle. For each bundle page we will have the instruction in the description.

How many flowers will be in one bundle?

It depends on the size. Each bundle has a different mix of flowers ranging from 3 to 7

Does the price include wrapping?

Yes, wrapping includes in the price.

Can I customise the bundle with different flower types?

Yes, you can. Please contact us on Instagram @yarn.petals or send us an email at yarnpetalsshop@gmail.com for any customised orders.

How can I get a refund?

We’re sorry to hear something went wrong! You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your item arrived damaged, and
  • You contact us within 7 days of the payment date.

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Clear photos showing the product damage

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the claim is approved. This may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or courier-related issues (we’re happy to help contact them if needed)
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged

How long for the order to be dispatched?

We will try our best to prepare and dispatch the orders, from 1-2 business days

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer three delivery options:

  • Australia Post (Standard or Express)
  • Store pickup (Melbourne only)
  • In-person delivery — available upon request and subject to our team's availability. Please DM or email us to arrange!

How much is shipping?

We ship via Australia Post:

  • Standard Shipping: $11
  • Express Shipping: $15

What if I miss my delivery?

If you miss your delivery, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number. As the sender, we are advised that thereceiver must reach outto Australia Post to resolve missed deliveries.

Can I get a refund if I miss the delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for missed deliveries.
