We offer 4 bundles ranging from $35 to $65. You can simply go to the Product page, choose your preferred bundle and select your animal flowers and colour theme. Please leave a comment about your flowers to fill up the bundle. For each bundle page we will have the instruction in the description.

Eligibility for Refund

Customers are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The product received by the customer is damaged.
  • The claim for the damaged product is made within 7 days of the payment date.

We will not process refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • Products that are marked as delivered by couriers or any product's fault relates to the couriers. We can help you contact them for missing products only.
  • Products that are returned more than 7 days after the payment date.
  • Any damage to the product caused by the customer after receipt.
  • Products that are not in the same condition as when they were received.

3. Refund Process

  • Customers must provide proof of purchase and clear evidence of the product damage when requesting a refund.
  • After validating the claim, we will process the refund using the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

4. Returns

  • All products eligible for a refund must be returned to us in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged upon receipt.
